Not being US residents ourselves, when we heard about the Super Powerball lottery, we were excited about a possible reality show where a lucky ticket holder could win a huge testicle implant. So you can imagine our disappointment when we learned it was just for money. On the other hand, if you did win that $232 million jackpot, you could choose to get whatever part of your junk enlarged if you wanted to… you could probably even get something extra added on – how cool would that be?!?
