File this under news you shake your head at. The prisoner, 21-year-old Kyle Richards, is an inmate at Macomb County Jail in Michigan, and he’s pretty pissed he can’t get his hands on some pornography. That’s why he decided to file a lawsuit.

Claiming his “civil rights are being violated,” because of the jail’s refusal to give him porn, Richard says that this loss has resulted in a “poor standard of living” as well as “sexual and sensory deprivation.” Surprisingly enough, according to the Michigan Dept of Correction, prisons will allow some porno. Unfortunately, it’s not allowed at Richards’ specific jail.

The American Civil Liberties Union says that prisons have “have a lot of leeway” with regards to pornographic material, so you never know what may happen with this crazy lawsuit. And if he wins, will the jail give him money or just a bunch of old Hustler magazines?

Those crazy Canucks are at it again… and this time, they aren’t beating around the bush!

Here’s a cause the ladies can really get in front of. The Canadian Cancer Society has announced that next month is Julyna. Starting July 1 and running all month long, the society is trying to get Canada talking about HPV and cervical cancer. Women can collect donations and can grow and design their down-their-hair in whatever design they pick for the month. Celebrity website TMZ said Pratt had asked for a meeting with Los Angeles porn film company Vivid Entertainment about selling the alleged tape. Vivid co-chairman Steven Hirsch told TMZ he had spoken with Pratt “about a sex tape with Heidi Montag…We are in early negotiations to possibly come to terms for a deal.”

Pratt later told UsMagazine.com that he has “been making films since I was in the 7th grade. I’m looking forward to people seeing my directorial debut”. Ick. The tape was made before Montag has her plastic surgery and became unrecognizable.

Last week, it came to light that Laurence Fishburne’s daughter, Montana Fishburne, has decided to make her way as a porn star. New revelations are now surfacing that she was arrested last year for alleged prostitution.

Montana, who is making her adult-film debut this month in Vivid Entertainment’s Montana Fishburne, was arrested last year for alleged prostitution and only avoided jail by signing up for a work-alternative program.

Fishburne pleaded no contest in a Hollywood courtroom to criminal trespass and the court agreed to drop charges of solicitation and loitering in a public area for the purpose of prostitution, according to court documents.

She was sentenced to two years’ probation and 15 days in jail, but was able to do community service instead of jail time.

As part of her probation, Fishburne was also ordered to not charge (or attempt to charge) money for sex; have sex in a public place or a place “exposed to public view”; hitchhike or otherwise engage drivers in conversation; and loiter in alleys or public streets “with the intent to solicit acts of prostitution.”
